The Development of Peace Education and other health rights organisations in their guest for a right to quality health services, reflected on the collection of citizens’ voices at Kick4life on the 1st to the 2nd of February 2023. In the two-day workshop, the organisations reviewed the process of date collection in the health facilities in all the district.

The PEPFAR funded Community-Led Monitoring (CLM), concentrating on HIV and TB services is implemented by nine organisations and seeks to provide a platform for local community-based organizations and other civil society groups to appraise the service they get from health centers. The CLM solicits voices from networks of key population, people living with HIV and other affected groups or other community entities by gathering quantitative and qualitative data and inputs from the recipients of services of HIV services in the routine and systematic manner that will inform advocacy for quality health.

Having collected data, Organizations came together for a reflection meeting by Global Health Access Initiative (GHAI)as the coordinator for grantees on this initiative to share experiences and challenges they have encountered during the data collection.

The feedback meeting discussed the first round of data collection to prepare for the stakeholder meeting, improved the approach for second round data collection and engagement for the next. DPE is concentrating on the two districts; Mokhotlong and Qacha’snek.
